We have committed service/repair departments with employees that have many years of experience. They combine their knowledge and dedication to ensure that every request is followed up and every effort is made to satisfy the customer. It is important to remember, however, that some tools are beyond repair. With others, the repair requirements are so extensive that purchasing a new tool would actually cost you less.
